What is Colour+?
Colour+ was originally conceived as a virtual colour mixing application for Android devices. The intended audience: Artists, Designers, Art Students, and people who enjoy playing with colour!
During the design process Colour+ evolved from a basic mixing application to an HSV based colour mixer, colour conversion tool, and colour swatch library with colour references.
The primary interface for Colour+ is an HSV(Hue, Saturation and Value) based colour selection tool. Users adjust each of the Hue, Saturation and Value sliders to define 2 source colours; Colour+ generates a gradation of possible colour mixes. User defined colours can also be entered as Hexidecimal, and numeric RGB or HSV. Conversion values for each RGB, HSV and Hexidecimal values are displayed at all times. Mixed colours can be named and saved for future reference. Full-Screen mode makes it easy to match digital colour with colour in the real world.
Colour+ has over 2800 downloads across 132 countries. It is available in both paid and free versions on Google Play, Amazon App Store and the Opera App store.
